Language: English (it could have been dubbed).
The characters in the movie might have been a group of scientists.
The protagonists are a man and a woman within this team.
They might have been romantically involved from the beginning or that's a development in the story.
Everybody is trapped in an enclosed place, maybe a laboratory or something like that.
The reason why they are trapped is an outside threat, some kind of devil-like entity.
There might have been no outside shots in the movie at all.
Everybody is wearing tight, colorful outfits. (red, green etc.)
The narrative is fast paced with no or little downtime, various dangers / problems emerge for the people to deal with.
At one point a woman from the team turns out to be a robot or becomes a robot to the surprise of everyone else.
Near the end, the facility becomes flooded with a (maybe) black substance.
The two protagonists avoid the flood by climbing on top of something, maybe a table.
The very end shows all the characters as children's toys as a kid is playing with them, probably the mother is also there.
So, everything that happened was a scenario taking place in a child's imagination.
