RIP Stan Lee

Awwww that's a shame - not a superhero guy myself but the man was an icon.

Requiescat in pace!

Been expecting this news for a couple months now, he was super ill recently.

It's cool that he got to see the whole world fall in love with so many of his creations before he died, though. I'll bet his last decade was a blast.

I hope they keep giving him cameos, but with photos in the background.

Pretty sure they will do.
Deadpool 2 he was too ill to make a cameo, so they made a statue of him in Xavier's mansion instead.


I can see Infinity War 2 being released in his honour though.
Out of all the movies that should be in Lee's honour, it's gotta be that one.

Oh man! I was hoping I misread the title when I saw it in the list of new posts.
Fitting that he died on Veterans' Day as Lee served in WWII.
He can now be with Joan, his wife of 70 years!

Damn. RIP.

Whoa, he lived to be 95. Well done, Stan.

Icon. I love so many of his creations and it was always a blast seeing his cameos.

Sadly, allegations of elder abuse in his last months.

This really suxs but he lived a good life. Mr. Marvel will live on in his fans.

I don't know about you, but I'm watching The Avengers today in his honor.

Makes me think of that old paraphrased quote from Chesterton: "Fairy tales are more than true: not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten."

That's what Stan Lee's legacy is.

From filling inkwells to filling movie theatres - he lived a long life of creativity. R.I.P. Stan.
