Looking for a movie where a family moves into a big old house. The daughter doesn't speak, but her mother finds out she does, when she catches her speaking to ghost-children. These ghost want revenge on their killer, who turns out to be the town sheriff (or something like that). At the end, this guy gets killed and the ghosts find the light.
