I've been here for about a month but haven't really properly introduced myself.
I go by the alias Stellar Legs, and despite the name, I am a guy. I'm here because, well, I love movies. I plan on attending New York Film Academy this year. I already have several screenplays written and lying around that maybe someday can see the light of day.
Musically active, I'm in several bands (Stellar Hands, Oleander's Anecdotes, and Cabron's Lobby Fire, all local stuff...), which mostly revolve around dark, vibrant Pop music with grimy guitars and rambling poetry (like The Smiths with a heavy kick of Sonic Youth).
My Fav movies are: Pulp Fiction, Unforgiven, Reservoir Dogs, High Fedelity, Full Metal Jacket, Lost In Translation, Se7en, Fight Club, Mystic River, the Kill Bill series, most Scorcese flicks, some Spike Lee stuff (the ones that aren't great sink like a stone), and so forth.
My Fav bands are: Radiohead, The Smiths, Fugazi, Sonic Youth, Bjork, At The Drive-In, Sleater-Kinney, Morissey, The Smashing Pumpkins, Sigur Ros, Godspeed You Black Emperor!, PJ Harvey, Mogwai, The Pixies, Blur, Sondre Lerche, and a lot more.
