Aussie movie, I may be biased, but I think a classic. It is about the disappearance of three school girls and a teacher on a school outing to Hanging Rock which actually exists in rural Victoria. The rock is reputed to have strange powers.

The schoolgirls were virtual unknowns. Helen Morse was great as the French schoolmistress. You must see it.
