2 college age men chase women during summer, one is blind

This movie might be from the 1980's. I remember a scene when they are in a bar and the one guy spot's 2 girls one blond one brunette. The blind guy says he wants the blond but his buddy lies and hooks him up with the brunette and he takes the blond. The only other scene I can remember is the summer is over and they have to go back to school or something. They are talking about how fast the summer flew by as they talk in a small convertible. That's all I can remember. Thank you
