Good erotic romance movies?

I posted this in response to someone else posting Body Double. There are moments in Dressed to Kill as there are moments in Body Double. I remember watching both on release at 13-14 and being zoomed up on the sexual content (for the time, they were racy).

Obviously Wild orchid & such are better choices but in context, and being that the better choices were already submitted, I think these loosely fit the bill.

What do you consider good in the genre?

9 1/2 weeks is the only one I've seen, so I need more to compare it too.

(50 Shades of Grey doesn't count because it sucked).

When I think of movies very much like 9 1/2 weeks in terms of quality and content, I think of Color of Night that someone else mentioned, Wild Orchid, Crimes of Passion, and also Showgirls.

If I think of a good movie, I think of Angel Heart, Body Double, Body Heat, Dressed to kill which someone else mentioned, Wild Things, Basic Instinct and to a lesser degree Sea of Love. There's plenty more out there, even Gone Girl sort of fits the profile.

9 1/2 Weeks has 64% on RT; Showgirls has 19% and Wild Orchid has 6%.

Plus I don't trust aggregate reviews on erotic movies a whole lot due to puritanical attitudes playing an obvious bias.

That's a big difference between those two, but to me they're comparable. Also Eyes Wide Shut and Exotica.
