Raul those are actually his only other three films. He did a tv show as well, but yeah he only made four films. How i'd rank them:

01.Perfect Blue
02.Millennium Actress
03.Tokyo Godfathers
04.Paprika

Eh, I've known plenty that use it and f*ggot in much the same way that some black people use the N word - offensive when outsiders do it, but okay if you're one of them.

So, so wrong. As usual.

After my latest rewatch I think Tokyo Godfathers might have taken the edge so this would be my ranking:

1. Tokyo Godfathers
2. Paprika
3. Perfect Blue
4. Millennium Actress

All are very good, though. Until very recently they were the only anime movies in my collection, but the other anime film I own was a blind buy and I haven't watched it yet.

A certain arrogant MoFo seems to think that I will love it, so we'll see if he's actually right about something for once. Not sure when I'm going to watch it, but it'll probably be sometime this week.

I like how we each connect to different anime directors.

I thought it would be PMMM or Utena.

You know, unless you count the old Disney VHS tapes that are in my parent's house somewhere, I don't think I own a single animated film. My room mates own quite a few (one owns a lot of Western/American ones, the other a lot of Japanese ones, though more so anime tv series), but I don't have any.

That's a lie. I just remembered that I have A Scanner Darkly. So...I have exactly one haha.

I had a pretty slim collection of animation, that is, until I got married.

I own Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Death Scroll and the Toy Story trilogy, think that's it. Also own some Bleach and Naruto boxsets from when i watched them as a kid. In my parents house between videos and dvds just about every Disney Animated Classic and plenty of other animated films are there from when me and my brother and sisters were kids. I could take them if i want but i just haven't really cared to.

The Incredibles as well actually.

Also, I own a ton of animation. That's why I was able to finish this so quickly. I had several of the movies on DVD/Bluray.

Have most disney, all pixar (except the bad ones ), a slew of anime series of varying quality, a heap of lesser animation studios (Bluth, WB etc.). But then again, I've allways been a fan, so it's not so strange. The last one I bought.....would be Paprika.

Which ones do you think are bad out of interest? Not seen Cars 2, but the only one i think is bad is Brave and Finding Dory and Monsters U are below average for me. I'd say The Good Dinosaur, Bugs Life and Cars are mediocre. And everything else is good or great. Pixar ranked for me:

haha. You do the same with Monsters Inc . I like Nemo alot, it's one of the 10 good Pixars to me. Dory was a disappointment though, guess it wasn't unexpected.

Dory was what I expected, a sequel no where near as good as the first, like all other animated sequels (except Toy Story apparently)
