From this set, one of the honourable mentions was on my list, and From Russia with Love almost made my list. Inception would also have made my list if I had thought of it when I was compiling the list - it's not an action film as such, but it does have several good action sequences and is a very good film overall.

My list so far:
1.
2.
3. Kill Bill: Volume 2 (#60)
4.
5. The Italian Job (H.M.)
6.
7. Mad Max (#99)
8.
9. Big Trouble in Little China (#54)
10.
11.
12. Goldfinger (#73)
13.
14. Alien (H.M.)
15. Ip Man (H.M.)
16. Beverly Hills Cop (H.M.)
17.
18.
19.
20. Casino Royale (#53)
21.
22.
23.
24. Taken (#91)
25.

You can't make a rainbow without a little rain.
Inception (2010) - I liked Inception, but it didn't make my list.
The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (2003) - As I stated previously, none of the LOTR movies made my list.
The Raid 2: Berandal (2014) - I've heard of The Raid, (only because people on this site mentioned it), but I've never seen it, and I had no idea there was a sequel.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989) - I love Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, but I only included one of the Indiana Jones movies on my list, and this wasn't it.
Face/Off (1997) - I haven't seen this movie.

Honorable Mentions:
From Russia With Love (1963) - The only James Bond movie that made my list was GoldenEye.
Ip Man (2008) - Never heard of it.
The 36th Chamber of Shaolin (1978) - Never heard of it.

Nice selection but none made my list. Haven't seen either Raid films but am interested. I love all the rest of the numbered selections. As for the Honorable Mentions, I have only seen From Russia With Love and love it. Sean Connery really sealed the deal as Bond in this one, over Dr. No.

"Well, at least your intentions behind the UTTERLY DEVASTATING FAULTS IN YOUR LOGIC are good." - Captain Steel

I had The Rock at 19 on my list. I like it more than Face/Off and Con Air. I've seen all the others except for The Raid, but none of them were on my list. I've been meaning to rewatch Heat and Collateral for a few years now, but haven't gotten around to it.

Seen: 63/70
My List: 9
2 honourable mentions

01. Dredd (2012)
03. Edge of Tomorrow (2014)
04. Lethal Weapon 2 (1989)
...
06. Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol (2011)
07. Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014)
09. Hot Fuzz (2007)
...
13. John Wick (2014)
...
19. The Rock (1996)
21. Crank (2006) (H)
23. Taken (2008)
24. Fast Five (2011) (H)

Welcome to the human race...
Heat was my #12. I thought it may not have qualified since it feels like more of a drama than an action, but boy was I wrong. Other than that, I have no major complaints about any of those choices - all of them are at least a
by my reckoning.

Care to elaborate?

The script for Dredd was written in 2006 and was leaked while Dredd was filming in 2010... and the studio that nabbed the script managed to streamline The Raid and managed to film, edit and and release The Raid before Dredd had even finished filming... causing many people to think Dredd copied The Raid.

The Raid, is THE BIGGEST fraud in cinema.
It is also ****. Total ****.
Of the highest calibre.

Interesting info. Myself, I don't particularly care about which film ripped off which - though The Raid and Dredd may share near-identical set-ups, their respective executions are distinctive enough for compensate for the structural similarities (and, given the choice, I would prefer Dredd anyway). At the very least, I wouldn't say it's anywhere close to the "biggest fraud in cinema" - I'm surprised someone who cares this much about cinematic plagiarism is willing to rate Force Awakens so highly.

Boy, was I wrong...and loving it!

The Crow My #1 pick for the top 100. Am stoked it got this high on the list. Brandon Lee does an excellent job portraying O'Barr's character, as do Micheal Wincott, though he doesn't have much of the original character about him. In the graphic novel they're all just street level thugs out to pass the time, no real boss material between them. Still, Proyas did a very good job capturing the feel of the story and setting.

The Rock A double this time, and a somewhat symetrical at that as this was my #25. One of my fav Cage movies as previously stated, along with an Connery performance as...well...Bond. He's doing an older version of his Bond persona, which is supported by the fact that he's an Brittish SAS officer. They don't go as far as calling him a spy (I think), but as he was a former resident of the rock, they drag him out from whereever they had him and gets him to help.

Iron Man Still one of my favourite Marvel movies (along with Guardians and Winter Soldier). RDJ seems destined to play Tony Stark, it's one of those roles you can hardly separate from the actor. The fact that Don Cheadle took over as Rhody in the sequels is a plus though.

Heat Good movie, not good enough to make my list. Also, think of it more as thriller.

The Raid: Redemption Didn't stand up to repeat viewing, but very nicely crafted and choreographed.

1 The Crow (31st)
2
3 Kingsman: The Secret Service (68th)
4
5
6 Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children (97th)
7
8
9
10 Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (43rd)

12 The Incredibles (66th)

18
19
20 Hero (52nd)
21 Legend of the Drunken Master (H)

That's all just implications and guesses...

As far as I read, both movies filmed simultaneously and had no idea what the other was doing. It was just a coincidence...

But if not, who's to say. Nobody knows for sure and like Iro said, the movies are different enough to either one of them not being dubbed fraud or plagiarism. The slight similarity shouldn't be problem for enjoying either one of them.
