what is this movie?

I cant remember the name..

It was this american actor (20 ish) in it that looked alot like ryan phillipe... i mean I think he was american.. so he stays in this really nice house with a pool... and I just remember he keeps seeing this girl that seduces him.. then realises that shes a ghost or.. like not human or something.. and he see's this real girl.. which gets this house ghost girl jealous and she later begins to try to hurt the guy.. ( trying to drown him in pool etc).. can anyone remember the movie? It was in the 2000's. im sure. Not an old, old film.

No it was set more modern than that, thanks anyway though! Im sure you guys know how annoying it is when you cant remember a film. Hmm it was very much based round this guy... might have even been british, just remember he was good looking lol! and this ghost girl that he thought was real... and ends up sleeping with her somehow.. then she turns on him. hmmmmmm.

I watched crush today after you mentioned it as I remembered what a good film it was. No this girl was a actual ghost, so sometimes she'd be invisible! Maybe he was even australian haha anyway.. this girl died in that house before so now she lives there. xx

Okay so it turns out that the suggestion of 'crush' was right!

So I woke up today randomly thinking of this actor in letters to juliet 'chris egan' and randomly thinking he looked like ryan philippe/could be the guy in this ellusive film! so i searched and behold.... i found it. it was him!

The reason why I didnt think it was the film that was suggested is because when you google crush movie imbd etc etc, it comes up with a 2013 film with the same name! ( and albeit similar kind of movie). So thats what I thought it wasnt the right film. Thanks x x x
