The night began to draw in, the damp steamy fog surrounding the area as we sat roasting marshmallows around the campfire. TheUsualSuspect passed me the torch. It was my turn to scare.

The light from the torch shone over my face as I stared as though possessed by a lingering poltergeist towards my friends sat opposite - Sexy Celebrity and Yam12 - and introduced them to...

The Campfire of Horrifying Truths

It was a dark and stormy night on the 31st October as five teenage friends huddled together around a small camp fire, their ponchos dripping of the relentless rain. One man, pudgy and with big round glasses, told a story of a campfire that forced those gathered around to reveal their ugly truths and turn against one another, until only a pile of scattered bones remained. As the story came to its grisly conclusion, the man made to close his mouth...only to find that he couldn't. Suddenly he blurted out a lie that he had been keeping to himself since the previous Halloween.

For a year he had been keeping secret that he had had an affair with Mary Tanner, a friend of his sat only inches away who was currently in a relationship with the tall man sat next to her, Bob Sheller. Bob's eyes turned a vicious shade of red and he hurled himself towards Mary, pushing her towards the campfire. Mary hit back in retaliation, knocking Bob into the campfire instead. As his body began to burn the skin, exposing his skeletal frame, Mary suddenly found herself unwillingly confessing to committing fraud in the name of her best friend Shelley Moore. At the other end of the campfire Shelley ran towards Mary and grabbed her hair, pulling with all her might until a bald patch laid on Mary's head. Mary shrieked and grabbed Shelley, hurtling her towards the tree.

But Shelley wasn't done yet. As she fell back into the tree, she grabbed a thin branch off the ground and whacked it towards Mary, sending her toppling into the campfire. Her body began to inflate until eventually it burst, sending flabs of skin flying across the forest clearing. Now Shelley found an outside force prising her mouth open, as words admitting to her vendetta campaign against Steve Monkhouse - currently sitting away from the campfire under a tree - escaped into the open air.

Steve charged towards Shelley, the months of facing abusive letters and anonymous hate emails flashing before his eyes. He grabbed Shelley and threw her into the campfire, pushing her down until the fire engulfed them both. Shelley's skin burst into flames leaving nothing but dust in its wake, leaving Steve to fall into the ravaging fire.

But the campfire wasn't finished yet, for Steve had an ugly truth to admit to himself. "I murdered Shelley Moore!" he shouted aloud, and the fire merged with his skin creating a hellish creature made purely of heat. The rain thundered down, extinguishing the fire. Only scorched intestines and severely burnt lungs remained, as they fell to the ground in the place where Steve Monkhouse once stood.

All five teenagers were dead. The campfire is now looking for fresh victims, right in this very thread...

I edited the last post of mine -- I think a cop is too easy. A homeless person, though, will give you immunity for the next round. THIS could be that double elimination if someone takes a picture of themselves with a homeless person and writes "SURVIVOR" somewhere, like on a piece of paper. "SURVIVOR X" maybe. Proving it's real. PROVING IT'S REAL.
