I'm trying my hardest to put on the best possible game.
Everybody keeps coming at me telling me to do this, do that, blah blah blah. And I appreciate it. But this is my game and I had a dilemma and I tried to solve it to appease everybody. I'm trying hard to run a great game and nobody thinks so because everyone's so damn concerned about keeping themselves safe. And I understand that, but at some point, you've got to take control and be the host and do what you think is right.
I think you're doing an excellent job despite the hickups.

I can never prove someone isn't, simply because if they really wanted to they could find ways to mask it. But I can confirm that there's no connection I'm aware of and have some pretty good reasons that, while not proof, make me pretty much certain they're not the same person.

I'm oversimplifying it a bit, but in a nutshell, IPs are based on networks, not devices. If you have several devices on the same home network, they share an IP.

I'm not mad. You and SC have been having a secret conversation in the last five pages hinting towards me being Velvet so i addressed it. I wanted to know what made you think i'm Velvet because IMO we post nothing alike. And i'm not in this game, i've been following along which i'll stop if it's making people think i'm being all nefarious and scheming.
I have no idea if Velvet is an alt account, what he told us to me seemed to check out but he very well may be. All i know for a fact is it's not me. I've never had an alt account, never even considered it. If i wanted to play i would have played as me, i had dozens of chances to join.
Also how does he have to be someone other than who he said he is? Because he's doing well without being part of your team?

@jiraffejustin (http://www.movieforums.com/community/member.php?u=76459) was truly the unsung "shoulda been the winner" runner up of Survivor 2: Paradise Island.
Teeter got the glory by looking like she got out Suspect and I.
Jiraffe played everybody and made it to the end.
I voted for Jiraffe to win that game and so did @Daniel M (http://www.movieforums.com/community/member.php?u=72192).
Jiraffe was also gonna stay over me in Survivor 6.
JJ hasn't been posting enough though. He doesn't deserve to win. I vote Cosmic to win.

I think I may be on some people's radar now, although not so much earlier on.
I think so, I have given my vote away twice, its fun to do and see how others react. I do not think I will do that much if any again this game, but who knows if things get desperate.

I'm playing purely for fun, for entertainment.
In general, beyond the forum, I feel it's always better to be underrated than overcelebrated.
Since today is a day off and we are just chatting i wanted to bring up one of my ideas for a challenge I want to do in the next game whenever it happens.
Most people like auction type challenges and of course those have to be done sparingly or they become less special. I wanted to do an auction where in stead of money you get an allotment of extra votes to use. Like everyone starts with 5 votes to use to bid and any not used can be used later in the game to vote people out. The prizes would have to be cool in order to get people to spend those votes but I think I can come up with some cool stuff. I do not like too many special powers in a game, but a few are fine to make thing interesting. So that and maybe clues to idols or even an idol itself could be the prizes - of course there would be bad prizes too. I dont know just thinking out loud here. I really want to do some good challenges. For those that played and remember was my ransom note challenge a good one, I thought it was a lot of fun?

That's an interesting idea 7thson. But if it's done too early in the game and everyone sits on their extra votes instead of bidding on rewards, then tribal councils could get pretty hectic down the road haha.
I was actually thinking of challenge ideas earlier today. I don't believe I will ever play another Survivor game after this one, but I'd like to host or co-host a game (after your cash game, if everyone doesn't tear each other apart for the prize haha). I have the perfect character in mind who would run a very fair game as well, with minor mostly irrelevant punishments for misbehaving players.

Of winning what? If just a challenge, then probably not high. If you mean making it to the finals and winning the game, that would entirely depend on who is there with him.
If it's Yam + any combination of me, Suspect, or Raul, then he has a great chance at winning because people never seem to want to crown the same winner twice.
If it's Yam + 7thson and just one of myself, Suspect, or Raul, then I think his chances are a little less since 7thson is a veteran player, but hasn't won. I think people would vote for 7thson over Yam in that case.

I don't know about win, but like I've been telling everyone since before the game started, and anyone with half a brain can see, the final 3 were predetermined as Cosmic, Raul, and Suspect. Of course, it was supposed to be a foursome with CiCi (Oops). I don't know what's sadder, that they didn't have to earn it, or that some people are willing to give it to them.
