Depending where he is might require some departmental partnership. But it has been done. Hopefully they do get him. Especially with financial crimes becoming more popular.

Well yeah, nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Danmark, Finland, Iceland) are among, or are, the most socialistic ones, and have the best standard. So,in that sense, it's best to live there.

I'd rather open a vein than live in a freezing cold country like Finland or Iceland.

Half of my front tooth just cracked off.

It's 8:15 on a Friday night, so the dentist is closed. They're not open over the weekend. I don't even know what to do.

There's no Emergency Dental office? I had toothache at like 2AM and i was treated here, nevermind actual proper tooth problems. Sorry.

The only emergency dentist in the general vicinity that comes up with I google it is in an area I can't even remotely get to on a bus. I found a dentist that is open Saturdays, so I left a message on their phone. Will call in the morning. If they can't see me, I'll have to call my regular dentist on Monday.

I have really brittle teeth, and have had problems with this particular tooth in the past. So this is not wholly unexpected. The timing is just tragic.

Do you by chance have a dental school near you?

Only from a secondary institution that has a reputation for not getting their students jobs. They only do polishing, fluoride treatment, and x-rays according to their website.

Just ignore my posts, toothache is the worst thing in the world, other than earache. Hope you figure stuff out, really love that you are so supportive of the local dentist school but that doesn't help if you're in pain right now.

Hmmm. Might be worth calling them in the a.m. They might even know someone who could help you.

It doesn't hurt. I had a root canal in that tooth over a decade ago. I've had it patched up before without anaesthetic. I should've gotten a crown, but I've never had the money. It's not covered by MCP because it's considered cosmetic, and I don't have dental insurance.

That sucks,Cosmic. Dental issues are the worst.

I passed out while watching Solaris due to toothache There's a big disclaimer before my post about it.

Earache is the worst thing i've ever experienced. Well i broke my tailbone when i was 13 and i'm pretty sure there's not many things you can break that are worse.

Proper Earache was still like four times worse even though the tailbone deal being the worst it could be would mean i'd never walk again. I didn't feel that pain though coz it literally knocked me out, earache pain is the worst!

I had an inner and a middle ear infection at the same time a few years ago, so I know what you mean. It was debilitating.

I've had some pretty intense dental pain though, including an extraction that took over an hour (I have brittle teeth but incredibly strong roots). So personally, I've had worse experience with that. The fact that dental issues prevents you from eating properly doesn't help either.

Good to read that it doesn't hurt. Shame you couldn't have gotten a crown. That bit about it being "cosmetic" is BS.

The worst pain I ever experienced was the gas shifting around in my abdomen after I had surgery to remove my gall bladder, but the pain from an infected tooth is not far behind.
