too typical for me. And realistically only love Kane and Goodfellas. But it's basically everyones favorites put together.

Welcome to the site. And nice list, by the way. Can't say I'm surprised by the titles, but hey, everyone has different tastes.

Hey not sure of your list but some nice films, I'd struggle to list my top 10 but it'd be something like this,

1. Moulin Rouge!
2. Dancer in the Dark
3. Coriolanus
4. The Color Purple
5. Goodfellas
6. Gone with the Wind
7. Jean de Florette
8. Mean Girls
9. Looking for Alibrandi
10. The Godfather

But it changes like once a week.

Nice to see another fan of the incredible Dancer in the Dark.

I would agree with Pulp Fiction but the rest probably wouldn't make my top 10.

And now I am very pleased I joined this forum. Someone mentioned Chinatown. How I YEARNED to share this love of the movie with other people!

My top 10 is often changing and evolving but I always have a few movies which are consistently there, such as The Godfather Part II, Terminator 2 and Empire Strikes Back. Some people seem to be saying some of the movies on your list are too "mainstream" so what? A great movie is a great movie.

I don't think I could actually put together a definitive top 10. I do like thrillers and this is my Top 10 Thriller list.
