The action sequences are decent - that infamous "hacking a computer in mid-air" scene still holds up, as does the admittedly rather ludicrous climax on top of a bullet train (though that might just be amusement at the less-than-spectacular quality of the special effects).

So overall Mission Impossible is a fun action film with a very interesting plot that keeps you on your feet, great cast overall and very well done special effects.
