While the flaws of the film's final third will keep it from becoming any kind of classic, the positives definitely make it worth a look..

Get Low is something that not many film goers will appreciate, but those looking for good performances from veteran actors (Black being the exception) will find something to like in Get Low. I know I did..

I love the way every moment where we believe we know exactly what to expect from a movie when it hits a certain emotional point, but this movie with every 30 minutes or so, adds layers to this story that we don't see coming, and it's while watching Felix reconnect with an old friend and an old flame....
