This film showcases the many talents of Edgerton, who not only stars as the weird and desperate Gordo, but also directs, produces and wrote the film.

However, as time wears on and their encounters with Edgerton steadily become more uncomfortable, Bateman and Hall start to realise that there's more going on with Edgerton than meets the eye and soon come to regard his continued presence as a serious threat.
