Set 30 years after the events on that film, The Mummy's Tomb follows the efforts of Kharis and its new handler, Mehmet Bey (Turhan Bey) to seek revenge against the Banning family that defeated them in the previous film, notably Steve (Dick Foran) and his partner Babe (Wallace Ford).
