All In All, Blue Jasmine is late stage peak Woody Allen, with great writing (no surprise), better acting, a sense of dread, but balanced with a tone that can only make you enjoy it from the first shot, till the credits roll.
Citizen Rules
I wonder if Woody Allen knows much about women as the males who hit on the ladies in the film seem totally artificially....If you like Woody Allen type films, you should like Blue Jasmine at least the actors were good.

Blue Jasmine marks the sixth (and, surprisingly, not the last) film of his that I've seen, though I imagine it was more to do with seeing what kind of performance won Cate Blanchett an Oscar than anything else.
