I'm looking for strange episode or Tv movie (80's or 90's) with violent scene. The woman was attacked by African American mobster and his buddy. I remember only that African American was shot in his ear. Second guy was killed or wounded too. Then, I remember scene, on which African American has a bandaged ear. His Boss said: "Do you can't achieve a victory with woman?". He replied: "She is not a woman. She is a devil inside".
I am pretty sure that it was "Walker, Texas Ranger" episode or movie with Cynthia Rothrock, but perhaps my memory is blurred.
