I watched this in 2009 or earlier. This 3D animated movie has many episodes (probably more than 10) and each episode is relatively short (I think 10 or 20 minutes).
The movie is about some alien racers who came from different planets. The race takes place at a specific planet designated only for racing. They race using their own vehicles and there are basically no rules, everything is allowed. I remember there is one alien who is the most aggressive and always threatens other competitors that he will eat their brain.
