What does the T-850 mean at the end of Terminator 3?

At the end of Terminator 3 when John Connor (Nick Stahl) is crawling by the T-850 (Arnold) as he holds the door open, John says "Thank you" and the T-850 replies "We'll meet again. Go!". What does he mean by that? This seems like a warm, friendly moment between the two so I find it hard to believe that the T-850 is referring to the future when he kills John.

Welcome to the human race...
Why not? These are the words of a malfunctioning robot who was already incapable of handling proper social cues at its best. They don't exactly make sense on an emotional level.

Could just be a nod to the fact that this keeps happening. Maybe even a meta nod to the audience ("James Bond will return").
That's a pretty good explanation. Thanks.
