Hi! Anyone know where one could watch Julio Médem's Lovers of the Arctic Circle (Los amantes del círculo polar) online? Amazon has dvds, but nothing is less than $30! Any place else where one can pay and view once? Thanks!

I don't think it's available for rent or stream anywhere, no. It's more like $20 on eBay, though.

If you have a multi-region dvd player the region 2 dvd with English subs is available for £5.99 on Amazon.co.uk, no idea of shipping costs to wherever you are though.
