Looking for a movie about the Devil's Triangle

I'm looking for a movie I haven't seen in a very long time. It's about the Devil's Triangle, a.k.a. the Bermuda Triangle. It's a horror movie from the 70's I believe and the entire movie takes place on a yacht. Among several people aboard, there is one man who is the Devil, but no one knows he's the Devil. Strange things happen, but the only scene I can remember is some dead guy down below who seems to be floating in mid air. Later in the movie, the man (the Devil) tries to explain the strange things away to the frightened passengers. He says the man down below was harpooned through the side by a sword fish or something which went through the side of the yacht. That's all I can remember. I'd appreciate it greatly if anyone knows this movie.
