Could chat to him about Ireland, the depths of work needed to protray such great acting on screen. 2) Robert DeNiro: Just because he is my favorite actor of all time. 3) Natalie Portman: Cant discuss why!!!!!!!!!! (i would very much like to marry her!!) 4) David Kelly (An amazing actor and an ultimate gentleman. you could spend hours talking to him) 5) Djimi Honsou. Name both your favorite season, holiday, and why. favorite season is summer because it is the only time you ever see a ray of sunshine in Ireland and even then its out for about half an hour! Only been abroad three times. went to barcelona for a college trip three years ago. Amazing city.

how far along are you in law school? Well i have a law degree in my back pocket already and i am now doing a Master's in Law in Criminal Justice. This will be my third university degree once i finish this year. (I finished a degree in Arts in Geography before i did my law degree)

why did you go into the law in the first place? Good question. To be honest i would say i went into it for the prospect of an interesting job that pays well but after about the third year of doing law studying corporate law, company law, contract, land law, european law i wanted to quit but started doing areas of real interest for me such as criminal law, criminology, human rights law, medical law and other areas. It was about that time i knew i was going to go down the criminal route. I find it a really interesting area of law. One which is most certainly on the increase in Ireland due to increases in organised crime and drug offences

why do you want to come to america? Well i would love to get experience of the American criminal justice system both from an area of actually practicing in the states and having the experience of another jurisdiciton if i consider to go down the academic route and lecture in Ireland

what is your fav lawyer movie/tv show? Ally McBeal was my favorite when i was younger. I enjoy boston legal because of Shatner. I really like Law and Order. As for movies runaway jury and a time to kill (think that answers the next question!!

do you like or hate john grisham? i dont like or hate him. his work is good but becomes repetitive.

tell us about the username - why it was chosen, and what it means! Think i was just after reading the da vinci code at the time and signed up to mofo right after reading the book. should probably have put more thought into it!!!

I picked Silas because i was just after reading The Da Vinci code when i signed up onto mofo. Should have put more thought into it!!

Well although i am not a qualified attorney i would say i specialise in criminal law and i guess i just have a weird fascination with the area of crime in general. As in why people do crime and the psychology behind criminal behaviour (oh forgot to write down in mack's answers i love "criminal minds" too)

Well i just think Joe Dirt is amazing!! I just love his positive attitude towards life even when everyone is against him.

Ive been a bold boy this year so no pressies this year. Plus i was too late sending my letter to him and his email server was down.


At the moment some instant gratification would be good but in general i would say delayed. im a very laid back person so i dont tend to need everything straight away.

Dream Vacation: Going to Machu Pichu in Peru, with a few of my close friends. We made a plan to do it in a few years. Hopefully we will.
