Ghost caught in a commercial?

Check out this commercial...german i think..and notice a fog like haze near the bottom of the screen that looks like it could very well be a ghost. If it's not, then it's one of the best cgi's i've ever encountered and whoever did it should be snatched up by Spielberg for sure.
