Yes. It was part of a storyline where Green Arrows sidekick "Speedy" became a heroin addict, and this was a comic that came out in the mid 70's! Green Arrow wnted to put Speedy in jail and Lantern was pushing for rehab. It was ahead of its time.

Those look really awesome, Tongo! I own a Spiderman comic from the 90's that also focused on drug use, but it was pretty boring. I'd love to give these a read.
