They run about fifty bucks, with the postage. Got mine a couple years ago.

Excalibur (Boorman, 1981) - I LOVE LOVE LOVE this film. The costumes, the characters, the beautiful photography, the score. It may be nostalgia clouding my judgement, but whenever I watch this film I am just entranced in the story. Great perfomances by Nicol Williamson and Helen Mirren, as well as some early appearances by Patrick Stewart, Liam Neeson and an unrecognizable Gabrial Byrne.

My favorite dark ages film....

I thought it deserved a max of 2.5 stars.

history *is* moralizing
Storia di una Capinera (Sparrow), Italy 1993, not bad, and tis a good beginning for my Angela Bettis week, which goes on with:
Toolbox Murders, 2003, well well, i liked the idea of the "house with a dark secret", and Angela, of course.
