Forgot a Name Of a Comedy Movie

I saw a movie a while ago about a guy trying to get the other guy get to have sex.

At one part of the movie one of the guys gets thrown into jail. When a cop comes to the cell saying that he's been bailed out a homeless guy pushes his way to the cop and shows his shirt that he got from the bathroom with the guys name on it as identification.

Another thing in the movie is a bunch of women end up chasing one of the guys from a ranch because something about a horse erection
