I watched Koyaanisqatsi today and it reminded me of a film I saw some years ago.
I was shown the film at school, it had been recorded from the tv onto a video tape which places it some time in the 90s (or possibly 80s and had been repeated on tv). It could have been a bbc made for tv documentary. It was, like Koyaanisqatsi, a series of images set to music, and I believe it also had an environmental theme but it may also have focused on people and historical events as well.
It was definitely set to pop music, though, not specially composed or classical music, although I couldn't say for definite what songs were on it.
If anyone has any ideas, let me know.
