you liked war of the worlds? i must say i was entertained by maybe the first half hour, but the rest just disappointed me. even knowing how it would end for the most part, i disliked the end. the whole happy ending in the face of an alien invasion didn't suit my tastes.

The boy should have died end of story

But the bacteria is an obvious ending when you are presented with it, so don't diss it.

They had temporarily escaped the factories, the warehouses, the slaughterhouses, the car washes - they'd be back in captivity the next day but
now they were out - they were wild with freedom. They weren't thinking about the slavery of poverty. Or the slavery of welfare and food stamps. The rest of us would be all right until the poor learned how to make atom bombs in their basements.

Outstanding evaluation Zombie-Lover! Really, we can't beat the aliens hand to hand like in Independance day. But as far as the better movie, i'm quite neutral on the subject.

The only flaw in the story is Tom Cruise!
And that boy sould have died.

Adaptation is definitely first - the rest could be mixed around in a different order, I'm not entirely sure. I would have put the gay/drag queen comedy Girls Will Be Girls up, but since actor Jack Plotnick hasn't replied to my myspace message, when I know he's checked it, I am sticking my nose up at the film right now cause of him.

EDIT -- Frida is another movie that I really liked, though I don't know where it would go. 11 maybe.
