My favorite Bond movie is Thunderball and I thought Largo is one of the most sinister Bond villains around. Another good villain is the Drax, from Moonraker and Stromberg from The Spy who Loved Me. Of course, Jaws is probably the ultimate Bond nemesis, from his many screen appearances.

Sorry about the typo...that should be "Drax", not "the Drax".

Of course, Zorin and Mayday from A View to a Kill and Brad Whitaker from The Living Daylights are other classic Bond villains. And, of course, there are the cutthroats from License to Kill--Franz Sanchez played by Robert Davi, Dario played by Benicio del Toro and Ed Killifer played by Everett McGill.

Her name was Xenia Onatopp, (Famke Janssen, Jean Gray in the X-Men).
The best villians (I think) were Rosa Kelb in From Russia with Love, she was creepy! Or Robert Shaw as Grant in From Russia with Love, he was so cold, and called James Bond an old man. What a bad a**!
