I would like to know what your top five favorite actors and actresses not from an english speaking country. Note that actors like Michael Fassbender don't count because even though he is born in Germany he holds the Irish nationality. Mine are:

Well to start, the man in my avatar, Mads Mikkelsen from Denmark (I Mads!!). Along with him there is Stellan Skargard (I love his Danish/Swedish films!) and his sons, Alexander & Gustaf, Peter Franzen, Ville Vartanen, Tommi Eronen and Tommi Korpela from Finland, Kristoffer Joner from Sweden, Udo Kier from Germany and Ulrich Thomsen from Denmark. I love Nordic films and have seen many... there are more actors but that is just a start.

Most of the actors play a minor character if they are in American films but in their own country, they are above the rest.
