2020 was certainly bad for blockbusters and action movies, that's for sure.


Excellent choices! Suicide Squad was an unfortunate victim of the pandemic, but I think it'll hold up as one of the best DC movies.


Godzilla Minus 1 almost beat Barbie for my top spot. I was completely taken by surprise how dramatic and emotionally fulfilling it was, while still being a solid monster movie. Fantastic movie!


Barbie eked out the win with me for its Amazing performances, and by being a bit more timely and relevant.
