Also, I assume enough people here know, but Vinegar Syndrome is doing their Black Friday sale, which I once again spent more than I should have on. In my defense, they put out a quality product.

If you only want one:
Psycho Goreman on Shudder.
Others:
Satanic Panic on Shudder, Horror comedy.
Revenge on Shudder. More of a thriller. This one gets a little rapey.
Sweetheart on Netflix.

I watched one this morning on Prime called The Bloodhound. I don't remember how it got on my watchlist so maybe you're the one that brought it to my attention in the first place. Anyhow, it's mostly a two-man show that sort of plays like a modern House of Usher. And most importantly, it's only 77 minutes long!

Thanks! I've seen Psycho Goreman (liked it, but thought it ran out of steam in the last act) and Revenge (loved it).

Agreed on both of those. The final fight in Revenge is aces.
WARNING: spoilers below
antagonist be nude and not the victim is such a simple but effective subversion of horror tropes

The Deadly Spawn, 1983
College student Pete (Tom DeFranco) and his younger brother Charles (Charles Hildebrandt) find themselves in an unexpected fight for survival when alien creatures that have emerged from a fallen meteor invade their home.
Sometimes you're having a weird week, and then a friend suggests a move in which toothy penis monsters eat the skin off of peoples' faces and you're like, *sniff*, you guys really get me.
I was utterly charmed by this movie, not ironically, but just appreciating what it was and what it was trying to accomplish. Everything about this movie--especially when you see stills from it--would seem to suggest a so-bad-it's-good type of experience. But this is a film that knows exactly what it's trying to do an accomplishes it with a great sense of fun.
The highlight is definitely the entirely enthusiastic deployment of the creatures, and the vast array of carnage that they leave in their wake. The title of the film promises you deadly spawn, and deadly spawn you shall have! Eating the electrician! Coming up out of the sink! Infiltrating your tea-time pesto! Inexplicably rehanging that painting in your living room! The creatures are everywhere and unlike a lot of films that are content to build a single monster and then wave it around at the camera, these creatures use those rows of teeth to magnificent effect. I didn't even mind a very blatant Alien homage because it's so upfront about it.
I also loved the odd beats of the dialogue and the different sequences, like the aunt's sincere admiration of a giant porcelain giraffe in her friend's home, or the awkward flirting and eventual kiss between Pete and one of his study buddies. Instead of feeling like bad writing, it feels somehow accurate to the more eccentric sensibilities of certain family members we all know and love. There is a slight unpredictability to who lives and dies (partly, I understand, due to actor availability) that adds a bit of extra fun and suspense.
Finally, I loved the audacious and totally charming ending, which is just a perfect fit for what has come before.

That's right.
(I was also thinking of recommending The Strangeness, which has a simultaneously penile and vaginal monster, but that doesn't seem to be on streaming.)

I've wanted to see Beyond Dream's Door for ages. I didn't even think it was available on DVD anymore.
Winterbeast is a great bit of junk.
I've seen Fatal Exam, I think in the last six months, but I don't remember a single thing about it. I gave it a 2 1/2 stars on Letterboxd which probably means it has a couple of good scenes, surrounded by a bunch of murky meandering.

Strangeness is alright, but I've only seen it on a terrible transfer where half of the scenes in the mine are almost completely impossible to see. So it would probably improve if I could actually make out what is happening.

Yup. It's just a fun, atmospheric monster movie with an extremely disgusting looking monster and a great setting (which shockingly is a set and not a real cave).
