ROUND 1 DAY 4
James Brown - The Boss VS. Outer Limits Recordings -Julie
I wasn't really into the second
Bonnie Tyler - Total Eclipse Of The Heart VS. Bullet For My Valentine - Hearts Burst Into Fire
That first song will always give me the shivers. Such a powerful song
Air Supply - All Out Of Love VS. Horslips - Trouble with a Capital T
Love me some Air Supply
Plastic Ono Band - Give Peace a Chance VS. Our Lady Peace - Superman's Dead
Surprisingly, I'm not a big fan of that Lennon song, but the second did not peak my interest
Rammstein - Du Hast VS. Beck - I've got the feeling (cover)
I like that Beck cover
Flume - Never Be Like You (ft. Kai) VS. Alice in Chains - Check My Brain
No offense to AIC, but that Flume song is one of the modern EDM songs that I enjoy
Lights - Portal VS. Anet - Tortured
Both are beautiful songs in their own right. I went with the second because the singer is hot and seems like a badass
Trouble - The Wolf VS. Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
No contest. Elton for the win
Porcupine Tree - Trains VS. Erykah Badu - Didn't Cha Know
Both were cool, but the first is more up my alley
T.Rex - Get It On VS. Strawberry Alarm Clock - Rainy Day Mushroom Pillows
Not really into the Strawberry thing
Beach Boys - I Get Around VS. Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch - Good Vibrations
I Get Around is overplayed. Good Vibrations can never be overplayed enough
Oasis - Live Forever VS. EPMD - Boon Dox
Oasis FTW
Caravan - in the land of grey and pink VS. John Waite - Missing You
Missing You never gets old
Carseat Headrest - Drugs With Friends VS. Billy Talent - Turn Your Back
The first was a cool little number and the video was unique
Ace Of Spades - Motorhead VS. Sacre Bleu - Broken Promises
The second is the kinda rock n roll that turns me on
My Bloody Valentine - Only Shallow VS. Iron Maiden - Can I Play With Madness
80's hair rock baby!

It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!” ~ Rocky Balboa
