Leprechaun Returns

SyFy Films will relelase a new installment of the original Leprechaun films next year, but Warwick Davis is not returning to the role he originated. Instead, Linden Porco will take on the titular role. Mark Holton, who played Ozzie in the original 1992 film, will be returning in that role as well.

The film will not have any relation to the 2014 Leprechaun: Origins.

Originally meant to be on Syfy, it now looks like Lionsgate will be releasing the film with an R-rating. Mark Holton returns from the original 1992 film as Ozzie.


It looks like this installment pulls a Halloween and retcons all of the sequels and the 2014 prequel.

I'm sorry, but if Davis isn't in it it's a no-go. This is really disappointing news.

I haven't seen any of these movies.
