It's heart shaped but not a tattoo. It's more like a birthmark or something, because all of the Care Bears (including the babies and all of the cousins) had them. They also had them on all of the clothes that you could buy for the Care Bears back in the 80s.

Oh well there goes another thread idea! Its like a 50/50 chance when making a thread this happens. Kinda like that South Park episode when theyre trying to come up with new plotlines, and the kid keeps saying "Simpsons did it! Simpsons did it!"
