Wooooooow....wtf did you do to it?

nope, i tryed just now, and it is telling me that my pic s to big, the limit is 400kb, i thought that translates into 2mb in computer language???

Why is it so big?

my pic with me and my friends are 1.11mbs, nd i have no idea why it is so big

What's it's size? That might be the problem. The bigger the size the bigger the file.

the size of the pic is 1.11mb

1000 kb = 1 MB
1000 mb = 1 gb

that eplains alot, but then why say the file limit is 2mb???

The total is 2MB.

and all i am doing is putting a file that is total of 1.11MB, no more then that, so whats the limit on one file????

There is no conceivable reason any such picture would need to be anywhere near 1.1 MB in size. There are only a few possibilities as to why it's so large. Here are the most common:

• It's in an unnecessarily large format, like BMP.
• It's some complex animated GIF with hundreds of frames.
• It's freakin' huge, in terms of width/height.

#3 is most likely. I suggest re-sizing the image. If you're not sure how, try the Stretch/Skew option in MS paint.
