Well, most of us are a lot older than 13 and our tastes are probably not going to be too similar. I would recommend looking up on Wikipedia any movie you like, and watch the directors other movies. Give us a list of movies you like, and we can recommend similar ones. Some of the recommendations on here for movies aimed towards an older palate and I doubt anyone 13 will enjoy them.
As you get a older, a dose of rebelliousness is good for you. Are you telling me kids don't bring porn to school? You'll have to start relying on your own judgement, especially in this age of total access.
And if you're feeling like a rebellious and subversive comedy, Saved! is a good one.

I think I remember you saying you didn't like scary movies, but if you're ever in the mood for a good ghost story (absolutely no gore) that's really more creepy than scary The Others is a good one. It's pretty age appropriate for you, I think.

If you ever want to see any light-hearted, fun movies these are PG and awesome:
Time Bandits (1981, Terry Gilliam)
The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (1988, Terry Gilliam)
The Princess Bride (1987, Rob Reiner)
