OK gonna fly by the seat of my pants with a made up recipe for sunday brunch when Mr Dni finishes his beauty sleep, to use the last part of the leftover chicken. Glass noodles flash fried with chili, garlic and ginger, cubed chicken heated through, topped with green onions, coriander, kecap manis and maybe an egg. Squeeze of lime juice. Some fried eschallot or crushed peanuts for some crunch.
