Any of the old Pink Panther films have to be up there in my opinion. Few others that I just find hilarious are: City Lights, Hot Fuzz, and Brining Up Baby.

Classic trappings, and an all-star cast combined with a tight screenplay and good direction keep me coming back to this one on rainy nights. I also really dig the score.
