As a movie lover i think everyone should see Igby goes down it is an excellent movie and not well known

it is a good one, so is Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys

Fight Club - because of its intense themes and forceful methods of portraying their meaning, never seen another movie quite like it....yet. Worth seeing if you are a movie fan, because then you'll likely see past the violence and destruction and thus enjoy it fully.

I'll agree with the post above me by uconjack: My list is very similar but here are some additions:

In my opinion: Films by Charlie Chaplin like The Great Dictator (1940) and The Gold Rush (1925).
