Thought I'd post a link to the WETA footage. http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hv&id...642&cf=trailer

It makes me so happy. Oh so happy.

I simply loved the books, and I hope that this movie will rate up there.

Just bought this and I can't wait to dive into it. I love the fact that they put the books in their intended order in this collection.

I just read that recently, since I haven't read the series since I was a kid. I have to admit that it bored me. I shouldn't have read it, because I always remembered them as being enchanting, and it was nicer that way.

I think I said it before - but it can't be any worse than the BBC version I hold dear to my heart. And with WETA involved (plus, based upon the footage available) we can be sure that there won't be any humans walking around in big beaver costumes.

It is the cover of Stephen R. Donaldson's amazing third book for his masterful series The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever. The Power that Preserves.

I'm not sure, concerning books, how I should type titles. What's italicized, what's underlined?

If you enjoyed The Lord of the Rings, you should adore this six book series. They are my favorite books, and he is my favorite author.

Excellent. I will definitely be getting into that series.

Concerning titles technically I believe you can either underline or italicize.

I'm not old, you're just 12.

Oh cool. My sister just recommended I read that, and considering that some of the books she recommends aren't readily available in the U.S., your having read it means that i will be able to find it fairly easily.

Oh, and I can't wait to see the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe movie. Isn't Brian Cox doing the voice of the Lion? I thought I read that somewhere. He's a great actor. ("I am gonna pistol whip the next person who says 'Shenanigans.' " )

This is my last post concerning the books by Donaldson (because it's completely off topic), but if you're not sure whether to read them or not, maybe this link will help.

Click me. I'm a link to something all together neat-o!

Has anyone seen the set photos of what I am assuming is Mr. Tumnus' house? They are way cool and look better than what I imagined.

You really enjoyed them? I found them a bit depressing.

Have been trying to avoid everything Narnia. I don't want to spoil the experience like I did with LOTR. But I gotta say the coolest thing about it, is the fact its being made by a Manukau Boy! How cool is that.

You can take the boy out of Manukau, but you can't take the Manukau outa the boy.

Bumping*

The new website is up so I thought that was worthy of a bump. Tons of new stuff on it to play with - the animation is pretty cool too.
