Shampoo: Neutrogena, but I like to switch it up now and then.
Neutrogena works best as a residue cleaner- your shampoos and conditioner (and styling products if you use any) build up after a while.
One of the main considerations for me is smell. I want my hair to smell nice -
Timotei is a great shampoo and conditioner and smells amazing but we don't get it here anymore.
I use
Pantene conditioner, but I switch it up now and then.
Also, tip: the first day you wash your hair, you know how it's like too soft? It's just too clean, so you can't really do anything with it? I don't like hairspray and gel and all that so instead I take some light moisturizer and comb it through my hair when it's wet before I blow-dry. It makes it more malleable but it doesn't weigh it down.
All that said, sometimes I don't wash my hair for three days at a time. I actually like having unwashed hair, I find it holds better if I wear it up and it's not as shiny. I like looking like a greasy troll, is what I'm saying.
Deodorant: Secret. Newsflash: if you don't wear deodorant you probably smell. I know lots of the hippie types and they can be pretty stinky. Some people have an okay body odour but some people don't, so think twice before you skip on the deodorant.
Toothpaste: Whitening but I'm not picky.
Mouthwash: I don't use it regularly but I have Plax and Scope in my bathroom.
Dental Floss: I don't know what brand I use but I floss every day. I never used to but somehow formed the habit.
Soap: I like scented soaps but they're expensive and don't last very long. Pink grapefruit and green apple, black licorice is nice too - I like light and breezy, nothing that overwhelms. But since I'm poor I use jergens. heh.
cologne/perfume: I use light fruity/floral scents. I like to mix them. I always get complimented on my perfume, it's noticeable but not overpowering. I wear it every day.
I have no idea why I shared any of this. I don't know any of you and now you know everything about me. Please don't kill me.
