Don't recognize any of the actors, so I don't know

Mid-1970s, a prototypical buddy cop flick filmed around San Francisco. Has some tone problems but also some fun sequences, almost a spoof of the likes of Bullitt and Dirty Harry at times, and the leads are great bickering together. Some of the LGBQ representation is so badly dated and offensive that it is used as a shameful example in the 1995 documentary The Celluloid Closet...

It's Freebie and the Bean (1974) starring Alan Arkin and James Caan, directed by Richard Rush. The supporting cast includes Alex Rocco, Valerie Harper, Jack Kruschen, Mike Kellin, and Loretta Switt.
