Hm. I like this question, but it seems like there are two kinds of theme songs. There are the songs that have a great deal of meaning to your life, and then there are the songs that you wish would kick on right when you walk through the door of the bar.

there's only one type of themesong for me, mary, the kind that gets stuck in my head on repeat over and over again while i'm walking around or driving, trying hard to look "hip" [snapping fingers and nodding head in a crazed and generally dangerous fashion], probably failing miserably. i've gone through dozens of these, right now mine is.....
