Probably not it because some of the details don't jive, but Bully based on a true story sounds interesting. It has teenagers killing a bully and covering it up (badly).

Nah he's pretty certain it isn't Bully, as they don't dump the car on that. He emphasises that something identifiable was left in the car that could potentially have them caught.
