Movie theme

Hi guys im curently trying to find a theme or a music clip i dont know what it is, well the sound is at the begining of this video until 0:12



i remember it they used it at space launches or something like that, i dont know,neither im sure, if any1 knows the music theme's name please help!

That scene is parodying the beginning of the movie.
