This movie is very similar to the movie "Twelve Angry Men" starring Henry Fonda only it's much more modern from the 80s to 90s period.
In this movie, a woman is on trial for murder and the prosecution appear to have a weak case against her. Also she is quite attractive and appears very nice. As the viewer, you will be almost certain that she is innocent as the jury retire to consider their verdict . The jury also think this way except for one man who raises a trivial point about her defence that does need explaining. However the rest of the jurors can't offer any explanation for his point raised. Trivial as it is, this point seems to find her guilty. After more discussion about her defence, a couple more jurors raise more points about her defence. It's not long before all the jurors and you the viewer will be convinced that she is guilty. The movie finishes with the jury returning to the court room to announce a verdict of guilty. Now I'm 99% sure this movie is not any of these: Jury Duty (1995), We The Jury (1996), The Juror (1996), and Runaway Jury from 2003. I've read several descriptions for all those movies and they just don't fit my wanted movie.
There is a possibility that what I saw that night on Free To Air TV was not even a movie but simply a one hour TV jury series. Can anyone help with this one please? It might be a good one for Yoda because I see his second top movie favourite is 12 Angry Men.
